Payment Information: For paid subscriptions, billing details (credit card information, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. FamWise does not store your full raw credit card numbers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect telemetry data related to your platform usage, including video watch history, reading progress, login timestamps, and IP addresses. This helps us optimize streaming performance and prevent abuse.
User-Generated Content: Comments, replies, and profile information you voluntarily submit to the platform.

To deliver, maintain, and personalize the FamWise platform and streaming infrastructure.
To process transactions, manage seat allocation for Organizations, and send billing notifications.
To enforce our Terms of Service and Child Safety Policy, including the moderation of spam or abusive comments.
To communicate important platform updates, policy changes, and security alerts.

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or third-party advertisers. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We employ trusted third-party companies designed to help run our business (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers, and global content delivery networks like Bunny.net) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Organization Administrators: If you use an Access Key provided by an Organization (such as a school or enterprise), the administrator of that account retains visibility over basic provisioning metadata associated with your seat.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement.
